This matter is before the court on defendant’s motion for an order dismissing the action on the ground that the complaint fails to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, the motion being based on Fed.Rules Civ.Proc. Rule 12 (b), 28 U.S.C.A.
In the complaint jurisdiction is grounded upon diversity of citizenship, plaintiffs being citizens and residents of Wisconsin and the defendant being a corporation of the District of Columbia, organized and existing under the laws of the United States.
