1Per curiam

¶ 1. We review the original and amended findings of fact, conclusions of law, and recommendations of Referee Rose Marie Baron for sanctions, pursuant to SCR 22.17(1). Attorney Bruce B. Jacobson was found to have engaged in unprofessional conduct in the course of his practice of law in violation of the Rules of Professional Conduct. The referee's amended recommendation was for a 90-day suspension of Attorney Jacobson's license to practice law with additional conditions.
