JOSEPH F. CIMINI, United States Magistrate.
On April 24, 1990, the undersigned United States Magistrate handed down an Order in this case which, inter alia, directed the parties to complete all discovery proceedings and to submit any dispositive motions in a timely fashion.1 On July 26, 1990, counsel for one of the defendants, Doctor Albert Stofko, filed a notice of taking the plaintiff’s deposition on August 30, 1990.
