Appeal from an order of the Supreme Court (Rumsey, J.), entered June 21, 2013 in Cortland County, which, among other things, granted certain defendants’ motions for summary judgment dismissing the complaint against them.
On July 5, 2008, plaintiff sustained serious injuries when the 1982 Chevrolet truck in which he was a passenger was involved in an accident on Cold Brook Road in the Town of Scott, Cortland County.
