This matter is before the court on the motion of defendants Unified School District No. 500, Kansas City, Wyandotte County, Kansas (“the District”), Members of the Board of Education for the District, and the Superintendent Of Schools for the District for declaration of unitary status and order of dismissal (Doc. # 389).
