OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Jorge Olvera-Guillen, appeals his convictions in the Butler County Court of Common Pleas for rape and domestic violence. We affirm.

{¶ 2} Appellant and his girlfriend are illegal aliens from Mexico who have lived in the United States together for several years. The couple live with their three-year-old daughter, the girlfriend's son from a previous relationship and appellant's brother.
