—Proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78 (transferred to this court by order of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered in Albany County) to review a determination of the respondent, which denied a variance to petitioner. In 1974, petitioner, as president of the corporation, acquired a 4.03-acre parcel of land in the Town of Lloyd, Ulster County.
