BREYER, Circuit Judge.
This case arises out of a dispute over the meaning of language in several collective bargaining agreements between the Steelworkers Union and Textron. The Steelworkers Union, representing metalworkers who retired from Textron’s Waterbury Far-rel Division, says the language means Tex-tron must guarantee the payment of health and life insurance premiums for the rest of those retired workers’ lives; Textron disagrees.
