This matter comes before the Court pursuant to the Notice of Appeal (Doc. # 1-1) filed by Traci K. Stevenson, as Chapter 7 *144Trustee of the estate of James V. Utter-mohlen, on November 17, 2011. Stevenson appeals the Order Overruling Trustee’s Objection to Debtor’s Claim of Exemptions (Doc. # 1-3; B.R. Doc. # 30) entered by the Bankruptcy Court on October 24, 2011.
