This appeal seeks to reverse a judgment for $825 rendered against the Commercial Casualty Insurance Company (hereinafter referred to as the company) as garnishee in an action in garnishment brought in the name of John Bartkowski for the use of Stephanie Block, and tried by the court without a jury.
