The defendant Olivet Martin was arrested in the City of Detroit and charged with the crime of manslaughter. MCLA 750.321; MSA 28.553. She was bound over on that charge on November 20, 1973 following preliminary examination. Defendant filed a motion to quash the information and discharge the defendant on the ground that the evidence at the preliminary examination indicated that the people had failed to show that Ms. Martin had not acted in self-defense.
