Per Curiam,

This appeal is from the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County directing the guardian of Jennie German, a weak-minded person, to take against her deceased husband’s will.

Oliver H. German died November 8, 1933, leaving to survive Mm his widow, Jennie German, and one son. His will provided a specific legacy of $50 to his son and two other cash legacies aggregating $600, and directed that the residue be placed in trust during the lifetime of his widow, a brother and sister, and the survivor of them, the income to be divided equally among the three.
