This is an action of mandamus brought against the prothonotary of the court of common pleas of Montgomery County for an order requiring him to accept the plaintiff’s praecipe for a writ of summons in a certain suit and to issue the writ and enter plaintiff’s appearance as ¿ttorney in that suit.
