In this case tbe compensation authorities set aside an award to an employee of tbe defendant company, for the loss of tbe use of bis right leg, upon tbe ground it bad been procured by fraud; tbe court below dismissed tbe claimant’s exceptions and entered judgment for tbe defendant; this appeal, which we permitted tbe claimant to present in forma pauperis, is from that judgment.
