This action was instituted by Charles R. Crouch and Evelyn G. Crouch, his wife, against Dr. Hulett J. Wyckoff and wife, to recover damages from defendants for claimed malpractice. The claimed negligence is based upon the fact that Mrs. Crouch, while a patient of Dr. Wyckoff, was placed in a plaster of Paris cast for a period of about four months; that, during the time Mrs. Crouch was in the cast, Dr. Wyckoff made no inquiry or investigation to determine her condition; and that, as the. result of the excessive length of time she was left in the cast, she suffered the injuries of which she…
