Ellis, J.
— The petition for a rehearing rests upon the argument that as the court of chancery had no jurisdictioin of the subject matter of the suit the decree of the court was void, and that even if the court had jurisdiction of the subject matter, the cause being one to foreclose a lien upon personal property given to secure the price agreed to be paid for it, the court should not have entered a deficiency decree for the difference between the amount due and the proceeds of the sale of- the property applied to the debt.
