Defendant is charged with two counts of violating right-of-way (Administrative Code of City of NY § 19-190 [a], [b]), three counts of violating drivers to exercise due care (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1146 [a], [b] [1]; [c] [1]), and one count of violating vehicle entering stop or yield intersection (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1142 [b]).
