Darryl Hurd appeals from the denial of his application for supplemental security income (“SSI”) benefits based on an administrative law judge’s (“ALJ”) finding that he is not disabled. Hurd alleged his disability was due to paranoid schizophrenia, depression, back pain, and muscle spasms in both legs. His application was denied initially by the Commissioner and after a hearing by an administrative law judge. The district court 2 affirmed the decision.
