|, This matter involves a personal injury-suit arising out of an alleged automobile accident. Prior to trial, plaintiff filed a motion for partial summary judgment on the issue of liability, which the trial court granted in its March 19, 2015 judgment. ■Subsequently, the trial court granted defendants’ motion for new trial on the partial summary judgment.
