Appeal from the Circuit Court of Knox county ; the Hon. ChaRles B. LawííeNoe, Judge, presiding. On the 16th day of February, 1859, by collusion and contrivance between Isaac Bulson, Phineas Cragan and James Soles, the said Bulson was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Soles, as a justice of the peace of Knox county, upon the complaint of Oragan, under oath, charging Bulson with having feloniously stolen a cow in said county.
