Paul M. Della Franco petitions for review of a decision of the Department of Labor and Industry (Department) denying his request for disclosure of documents pursuant to the statute commonly known as the Right to Know Act (Act). 1

On February 26,1998, Della Franco sent a letter to the Director of the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation requesting access to all Workers’ Compensation /Occupational Disease petitions pending before all Workers’ Compensation Judges (WCJs).
