CANNON, Justice.
Lamberto Solis appeals by writ of error from default judgment in a suit under the Wrongful Death Statute, TEX.REV.CIV. STAT.ANN. art. 4671 (Vernon Supp.1985), brought by Jose and Sylvia Garcia for the death of their son.
