The claims in this case are based on a contract for the purchase of at least 47,-250,000 foil trading cards bearing the likeness of pop music star Britney Spears. The Court has diversity jurisdiction. 28 U.S.C. § 1332(a)(1). Plaintiff Grace Label, Inc. (Grace Label) sues for money due.
