The appeal in this case is from a judgment entered upon an interlocutory judgment of divorce obtained in California which provided that the appellee should pay the sum of $60 a month as alimony commencing on the first day of September, 1931. The trial court entered judgment in favor of the appellant for the amount of the installments which became due and payable during the five years preceding the filing of the petition, together with interest thereon.
