Bagley v. Bates

L. C. Bagley, as trustee in bankruptcy of the Estate of Edward F. Bilharz, filed this action in two counts in the District Court of Audubon County against D. W. Bates, Superintendent of Banking* and Receiver of the Farmers State Bank of Audubon, Iowa, seeking to set aside six deeds executed by the bankrupt.
