It is hereby ordered that the order so appealed from is unanimously reversed on the law without costs and the matter is remitted to Supreme Court, Wayne County, for further proceedings in accordance with the following memorandum: Plaintiff attorney appeals from an order directing defendant, his former client, to pay $1,000 to plaintiff to settle a counsel fee dispute.
