WALLACE, Judge.

A.M., a juvenile, appeals the commitment orders that adjudicated him delinquent for committing felony battery (count I) and criminal mischief (count II) and that committed him to a moderate-risk residential program.1 A.M. raises two issues concerning his adjudication of delinquency on count I. He also complains that the juvenile court made several errors in its entry of the commitment orders. The State concedes that the commitment orders contain errors.
