|2On April 8, 2005, the Jefferson Parish District Attorney charged the defendant with four counts of armed robbery, while armed with a dangerous weapon, in violation of La. R.S. 14:64. The defendant was arraigned on all counts on April 11, 2005. A second bill of information was filed on May 8, 2007, alleging four counts of armed robbery when the dangerous weapon was a firearm, in violation of La. R.S.14:64.3. 1
