SUMMARY ORDER

Clyves Jude Laurent, a citizen of Haiti, seeks review of (1) a December 26, 2012 decision of the BIA reversing an immigration judge’s (“U”) grant of deferral of removal pursuant to the Convention Against Torture (“CAT”) and grant of adjustment of status, and (2) a March 25, 2013 order of the BIA denying his motion to reconsider. Under the circumstances of this case, we review only the decision of the BIA. See Yan Chen v. Gonzales, 417 F.3d 268, 271 (2d Cir.2005).
