This action in equity is 'to compel the payment of dividends on preferred stock of the defendant corporation. *71It was heard upon bill, answer and testimony. The Harwood Electric Company, defendant, is a Pennsylvania public service corporation organized March 1,1912, by merger with ten other corporations. It has $3,000,000 of common stock and $688,000 of preferred stock.
