Plaintiff, Joseph Mastromatteo (“Mastromatteo” or “Joseph”), brought this civil action against defendants, Anthony Mastromatteo (“Anthony”), Jennifer Mastromatteo (“Jennifer”), and Mastromatteo Construction, LLC (“Mastromatteo Construction”), seeking damages for (1) unfair and deceptive business practices pursuant to G.L.c. 93A, §11; (2) conversion; (3) breach of contract; and (4) breach of fiduciary duty.
