On the last trial of this case, several facts having an important bearing upon the issues involved were disclosed, which were not made to appear when it was before this court at the February term, 1884.*
The testator, George 0. Dawson, died in the month of June, 1865; administration on this estate was granted to Lucien W. Dawson on the 2d of October of the same year. Between that time and the month of December following, Lucien W.
