Valerie Burns (Claimant) appeals from the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission’s decision denying her claim for unemployment benefits. The appeal is dismissed because the notice of appeal is untimely.

Claimant sought unemployment benefits after losing her job with Buttons & Bows Preschool Development Center (Employer). A deputy from the Division of Employment Security determined Claimant was eligible to receive unemployment benefits.
