ORDER GRANTING PLAINTIFF’S MOTION FOR ATTORNEYS’ FEES AND COSTS

This matter comes before the Court on Plaintiffs motion for attorneys’ fees and costs pursuant to the Equal Access to Justice Act (“EAJA”), 28 U.S.C. § 2412(d). (Dkt. No. 17.) After reviewing the motion, Defendants’ response (Dkt. No. 18), Plaintiffs reply (Dkt. No. 21), and all papers submitted in support thereof, the Court GRANTS Plaintiffs motion.
