— On the 10th day of December, 1930, the Murray State Bank of Murray, Iowa, discontinued business. The defendant L. A. Andrew, Superintendent of Banking of the State of Iowa, was appointed, by decree of court, receiver of said bank’. Thereafter, the appellant filed claim for preference against the receiver of said bank on a bank draft issued on the 12th day of February, 1930, by said bank to the claimant.
