Under the court’s consideration is the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the plaintiff, Sovran Bank/DC National (“Sov-ran”); the Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the trustee; and the Cross-Motion for Summary Judgment filed by the Defendants, Joseph Aumiller and the United States.
