We are in receipt of House Resolution No. 64 which recites as follows:

“HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 64.
“WHEREAS, important constitutional questions are presented by House Bill No. *694217, a copy of which is attached hereto, now pending in the Legislature of Alabama :
