Confederate States Depository, Wilmington, pay Messrs. Collie Co., or order, twenty thousand dollars.

J. M. SEIXAS. $20,000. Agency War Dep't."

Pleas, general issue, illegality of consideration, and that the instrument was given in aid of the rebellion.
