Before the Court is the objection of the Official Unsecured Creditors Committee (the “Committee”) to claim no. 11 filed by David and Nancie Peterson (the “Peter-■sons”) in this case. 1 The Committee appears by Martin Ufford of Redmond & Nazar, L.L.P. and the chapter 11 trustee, J.
