The defendants in error, in their motion for a rehearing, insist that we overlooked important authorities which require a conclusion different from that reached by the court in its opinion in this case. In the first place it is urged that our decision is contrary to that announced in Wright v. Hill, 140 Ga. 554 (79 S. E. 546).
