Poindexter v. Schaffner

H. Y. Field, in 1895, platted what is known as "Ross Avenue Addition" to the city of Dallas, Tex., and filed a map of said addition for record in the office of the county clerk of Dallas county. A copy of this map is included in the statement of facts, and it appears therefrom that the land in said addition was laid off into blocks and lots, and certain streets and alleys designated thereon. Among the streets so designated was Juliette street.
