In this ease, Larry Joe Poke and Karen Sue Poke jointly filed their petition in bankruptcy under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy Code on December 23, 1993 and received their discharge on March 25, 1994. Prior to the debtors filing their petition, on June 9, 1992, General Motors Acceptance Corporation (hereinafter “GMAC”) received a judgment against the debtors in the amount of $7,490.98 plus interest.
