¶ 18. The revised majority opinion issued in response to the motion for rehearing misstates and confuses the law by holding that Mississippi Code Annotated section 71-3-17(c)(25) (Rev. 2011) applies to the award of permanent partial disability benefits in cases involving an injury to a scheduled member. As explained below, this provision applies only to non -scheduled-member injuries.
