MEMORANDUM OPINION

This is an appeal from the Territorial Court. The primary issue we face is whether a two year statute of limitations for actions to invalidate a property tax sale bars an attack on a sale that is void. *380This issue was mentioned, but neither argued nor briefed, before the trial court. It has been fully briefed on appeal. The Territorial Court decided this case in favor of the delinquent taxpayer, reaching a unique and reasonable result. We affirm.
