This is an appeal from the judgment of the court taxing costs in a partition suit.

The facts show that plaintiff, with certain of the defendants who are his brother and two sisters, was the owner of two hundred acres of land in Boone County; that on May 18, 1929, plaintiff filed a bill in equity in the court below in which he sought, among other things, to have said real estate partitioned and sold.
