By this writ of error the defendant seeks to reverse a judgment of $2,500 in favor of plaintiff.
The record discloses that on April 5, 1929, Clifford Lawrence Dow, who was in the employ of the defendant Railroad Company as conductor of one of its trains, was killed and it was claimed by Julia Dow, his widow, that the railroad company was liable for wrongfully causing the death of her husband.
