Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Ulster County (Williams, J.), rendered June 4, 2014, which revoked defendant’s probation and imposed a sentence of imprisonment.

In 2011, pursuant to a negotiated plea agreement, defendant waived indictment and pleaded guilty as charged in a superior court information to driving while ability impaired by drugs as a felony, and admitted that he had previously been convicted of driving while intoxicated.
