This is an appeal by Ford Motor Company, a Delaware corporation registered to do business in this state, from a judgment of the King County Superior Court which affirmed a decision of the new motor vehicle arbitration board on a claim under RCW 19.118, the motor vehicle warranties law, filed against the company by Gary Barrett, a consumer who purchased a new vehicle from Ford.
