Memorandum.
Order reversed without costs and motion by tenant Robert Dickerson to vacate the final judgment and dismiss the petition granted.
In this nonpayment summary proceeding, appellant Robert Dickerson (tenant) moved to vacate a final judgment awarding landlord possession and the sum of $4,650.
