OPINION

Appellant Neptune Leasing, Inc. appeals a March 26, 2010 Order of Dismissal of a repossession action issued by the Shiprock District Court based on lack of personal jurisdiction over Appellee Mountain States Petroleum Corporation. In its order, the Shiprock court also “yielded” subject matter jurisdiction to a Texas court in which a proceeding unrelated to repossession was pending.
